Coaching

I support senior executives in systematically and sustainably increasing their leadership effectiveness. My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the factors that significantly influence performance, decision-making capability, and impact in day-to-day leadership.

The coaching follows a personalized learning and development process, consistently aligned with individual goals, the respective leadership role, and the organizational context. At its core are real leadership situations, strategic challenges, and executive-level decision dilemmas — not theoretical models.

 

My services are intentionally designed for a select group of committed leaders who are willing to reflect on their role, take clear responsibility, and strengthen their impact within the organization.

 

I offer two coaching formats:

Executive Coaching (1:1): Strengthening personal leadership, decision quality, and role effectiveness in interaction with the executive team and the board of directors.

 

Leadership Team Coaching: Enhancing collaboration, role clarity, strategic alignment, and collective effectiveness at the organizational level.

The objective is to make leadership clearer, more focused, and more effective — with measurable benefits for strategy execution, performance, and governance.

Leadership Team Coaching

This program supports the targeted development of leadership teams at the highest executive level. It is designed for executive teams operating in highly complex environments and jointly responsible for major strategic and organizational change.

At its core is the development of the team’s collective leadership effectiveness. Building on individual leadership profiles, the program makes visible the defining behavior patterns, decision logics, and interaction dynamics within the leadership team. These insights provide the foundation for strengthening collaboration, decision-making capability, and the team’s shared leadership presence.

The program combines individual reflection with team-based interventions and creates clarity around roles, responsibilities, and shared leadership principles. The objective is to make leadership teams more focused, better aligned, and more effective — especially in transformation and change situations.

 

Time frame:
Approximately 12 sessions over a period of 4–6 months.

Individual Coaching

Targeted coaching to accelerate leadership effectiveness and achieve clearly defined goals.

 

This compact, results-oriented format is designed for both experienced executives and new leaders who are ready to take on additional responsibility.

 

The coaching is particularly well suited for leaders with a specific development or action goal — for example, building and managing stakeholder relationships, addressing strategic questions, or further developing communication and leadership presence.

 

The focus is on practical reflection, clear goal orientation, and immediate applicability in day-to-day leadership.

 

Time frame:
Approximately 6 sessions over a period of 3 months.
